The Story

Every piece of candy is handmade with love by Pam Carroll, a retired teacher whose favorite room in the house is her kitchen. As the mother of four boys (young men now) and grandmother of 14, she has
spent hours doing her most favorite thing – making delicious treats for everyone to enjoy. For over 30 years, Pam has been making Almond Toffee for her family and friends and greatly enjoyed teaching her
daughters-in-law how to make the treats, as well.
Now candy-making is an official Carroll family tradition. Her daughters-in-law encouraged her to start her own business and His Toffee Shop was born.
